AP40 Great King Darius on his portable throne

A bit of a Carry On moment but yes really, that's how the figure is described. I must thank Alan who incredibly generously sent this and the other Persian figures appearing on the blog today.

AP41 was an attendant with royal umbrella to complement this piece - at the moment I have no picture of this figure.

Hi,
This figure is apparently part of a chess set. Marcus made several chess sets in his time. (my wife is the Late Marcus Hinton's oldest daughter so I guess she should know!)

Congratulations on a great Blog and an Awesome HH collection!
I have recently emailed Stryker, so do get in touch if we can be any help.

Hi Phil, not all these pictures are of my figures - but when I picked up what seemed to be a shop's display range of most of the Napoleonic foot figures I thought I had to try this. I'd very much like to be able to post the link to the uniform scrapbooks on the home page, which SStryker has on his blog, if that would be ok.

Regards
